I accidentally ordered wrong colour fishscale tiles, today courier delivered colour I wanted and took back the wrong ones, such a pleasant guy. I’m so happy with customer care, and speedy response and delivery. Will def shop with you again.

I order roofing felt from this company but when it arrived the builder told me it wasn't suitable for the job so I contacted customer services and without hesitation they issued a refund and arranged to have the felt picked up.
You can't get any better than that surley?
Top marks for an excellent service.

Found Ashbrook Roofing online as all our usual local suppliers couldn't provide the Fish Scale Felt Shingle tiles we needed. We are Northants/Leicestershire border. Staff really helpful, especially James who got the order out that day and arrived the next ! Free delivery from Derbyshire ! Great to find an efficient company with great customer service. Thank you.

Tania is a credit to the company, she has sorted out my delivery issues without any hassle and has gone above and beyond to make sure this customer is happy, so much so that I am about to place a repeat order for more Black Ice gravel. The company, its staff and products are without doubt amazing.
